Your job at Ampowr
You possess the skills to set up strategic marketing campaigns using growth statistics as your KPI. You will be the growth marketer, of a fast-growing business, working directly together with the marketing manager. As a growth marketer at Ampowr, you are constantly testing, adjusting, and experimenting with online tools, campaigns and automations to gain maximum exposure and generate leads. You will be running product specific campaigns, for numerous markets. Your creativity and ideas are crucial to the growth of the company.

You are passionate about the work you do and have a result driven goal. You can make a monthly plan of your priorities but are also able to shift focus when other urgent tasks come up. You are not afraid to test and share your ideas.
Responsibilities
- Impacting the sales funnel, using a growth hacking-like strategy, marketing tools and automations.
- Testing and experimenting via multiple online channels and strategies to find the best channels through which Ampowr should invest their marketing efforts for maximum results.
- Planning and executing online lead generation campaigns across social media, online advertisements, and other platforms.
- Create an online marketing strategy and measure the results as KPI’s.
- Analyzing marketing data and drawing strategic conclusions.
- Setting up (new) online marketing tools and making them trackable so they can be measured as KPI’s.
- Optimizing SEO content for Ampowr news articles and website.
Requirements
Must have
- A college degree (HBO or University) or a college level of thinking.
- 2+ years of work experience as a Growth (hacking) Marketer.
- Proven track record (and examples) of online marketing campaigns / strategies that you set up or worked on.
- A/B testing skills.
- Data tracking and analytical skills (Google Tag Manager, Analytics etc…)
- Content writing skills for online marketing campaigns.
- Near-native English content writing skills.
Should have
- SEO, SEA, Social advertising skills.
- Design skills (UX, UI) for online marketing campaigns (Photoshop, Illustrator, InDesign, Sketch etc…).
- Experience with CRM (preferably Hubspot).
Nice to have
- Building landing pages for online marketing campaigns.
- Other language skills, like French, Spanish or Dutch.
