mpowr B.V. Group Holding (AMPOWR) today announced that it has entered into a new sales representation agreement with VAULTe that will further expand and accelerate its current product placement in the North American Market.

About VAULTe:
Birthed at the Energy Innovation Center, home of the University of Pittsburgh Microgrid Institute, the company’s most far-reaching project is EmPOWER Village, a DC microgrid in the Historic Hill District of Pittsburgh, which includes 46 affordable housing units. The VAULTe technology interfaces front-of-the meter AC power with behind-the-meter DC infrastructure, directly interconnecting with DC loads. The company is focused on 48 VDC, though intends to expand over time to 380 VDC opportunities. The company’s networked electricity concept is designed to mimic the simplicity of having cable TV installed and can power up lighting, computers, electronics, entertainment, HVAC, refrigerators, thermostats and security systems all directly with DC – without changing any internal existing wiring in buildings.

“Ampowr welcomes VAULTe who are a real driving force in the North American energy storage market. Their deep ties to the University of Pittsburgh means that the education around the Ampowr product is being promoted to a new generation of technically minded people in the field of Energy Storage,” said Eric van Honk and Andy Elwell, Owners and Directors of Ampowr B.V. Group Holdings. “Ampowr reaffirms our commitment to providing the North American market with cost-effective disruptive energy storage technologies and our desire to continue scaling our business sustainably, across the region. We look forward to a strong relationship with VAULTe and look forward to seeing their progress during 2022.”
