Trade fairs and summits
Energy storage fairs across Europe. Engineers join the stand next to sales, because buyers ask technical questions.
Project site visits
Software and trading colleagues visit live BESS sites. Seeing your code steer megawatt hours changes how you build it.
Summer barbecue and family day
Colleagues from Utrecht, the UK, China and Indonesia, with partners and kids. Food, games in the yard and no laptops.
Team building days
Each team plans its own day out, from sailing on the Loosdrechtse Plassen to karting and cooking workshops. The company pays, you decide.
Friday drinks and sports
Drinks on the 11th floor on the last Friday of the month, a padel and running group in between, and the occasional table tennis grudge match.

Rijnzathe 16 holds engineering, solutions, Cosmos software, energy trading, sales and the COO office across two floors, ten minutes from Utrecht Centraal. The logistics and R&D facility at Boteyken 363 is a short ride away, and that is where hardware gets built, tested and shipped.
Hybrid by default for office roles, on site when a project needs you. Free parking, and a lunch table where the trading desk sits next to field service.
