Crystal Batteries are a unique technology that overcomes conventional battery problems by having a nearly solid-state electrolyte. This allows the battery to be discharged deeper, cycle more often, has a longer lifetime, and can withstand extreme temperatures.

Our unique electrolyte crystalizes on the battery plates, giving the batteries their powerful features. The patented Crystal technology uses a unique advanced formula, a new type of composite. SiO2 electrolytes were developed to completely replace traditional sulphuric acid solutions.

Charges are up to three times faster than conventional alternatives. Excellent high-current discharge.

Crystal Batteries™ consists of a number of unique special features including: a micro porous super absorbent matt (SAM), thick plates cast from high purity lead calcium selenium alloy (which ensures an extended life), and a SiO2 based electrolyte solution. During the charge / discharge cycles the electrolyte solidifies and forms a white crystalline powder. This eventually results in a safer, high performing and environmentally friendlier battery. Crystal Batteries™ can be used as a substitute for most battery technologies in the lead category, such as lead acid, lead gel and AGM.
