STRUCTURE

Nano-Crystal batteries use high quality materials to assemble battery packs that are extremely safe, require no maintenance, deliver a longer lifetime, are lighter than lead based batteries and have improved charge and discharge capabilities.

CHEMISTRY

The non-toxic Nano-Crystal NCPB is a Phosphate based battery that can provide 6,000 to 8,000 cycles at 25degC. The chemistry provides a higher power density reducing the weight and size compared to lead based batteries and handles high discharge currents for start-up and heavy loads.

MAINTENANCE

No active maintenance needed to extend service life. NCPB battery does not need a float charge like lead acid so In long-term storage applications the battery should not be stored at 100% SOC and therefore can be maintained with a full cycle (charged and discharged) once every 6 – 12 months to 30% – 70% SOC.

Nano-Crystal NCPB Batteries have a wide operating temperature range. Ampowr use only the highest quality, safest and latest tech cell chemistry available, in combination with the Battery Management System (BMS) we can guarantee the safety and reliability of our batteries.

OFF-GRID LAST MILE HUBS

The customer benefits from a battery that is the safest and most resilient, providing off-grid energy and independence from energy increases.

AMPOWR provide power systems utilizing 48v NCPB battery packs. The systems power last mile delivery hubs. The Hubs are perfectly designed to accommodate the renewable energy sources paired with Ampowr product solutions housed in indoor and outdoor rated structures. Systems are a combination of Grid-Connected, Off-Grid and Off-Grid with back-up generators.

Grid systems are in many cases fragile and unstable due to the significant rise in electric demand, in some cases the grid infrastructure simply isn’t available. Ampowr ensure that last mile hubs can operate effectively and do not contribute to grid instability when for instance their electric fleet of delivery vehicles are plugged in for charging.
